I am an unique and valuable human being. I love myself, mistakes and all. I am basically all right as I am. I have legitimate needs. I have worth because I struggle to survive. It is all right to meet my needs as I see fit. Everything I do is an attempt to meet my legitimate needs. I invariably do the best I am capable of at the moment.  I am free to make mistakes. I can do anything I want, but what I want is determined by my awareness. Everything I do involves a price to pay. I can learn from my mistakes without feeling guilty and worry. My mere existence proves my worth. No one is any more or less worth than me. Everyones awareness is different, so comparisons are worthless. In the moment of choice, I do only what my awareness permits. It's foolish to resent others actions, they also do only what their awareness permits. I can invent new ways to satisfy a need and wisely choose the best options.
